Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Nursing diploma or associate's degree in nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS and TNCC are a plus
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent med-surg and ER nursing experience; critical access hospital experience preferred
- Other Requirements: Willingness to take ER patients (1-2 per shift); ability to work night shifts; strong critical thinking and communication skills

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to Med Surg and ER patients, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records using CPSI EMR system
- Execute patient assessments and monitor vital signs, promptly addressing any abnormalities
- Document all patient interactions and treatments in compliance with facility policies
