What You’ll Bring:

• Active RN license in Montana (or a Compact State license)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in swing bed, med-surg, or acute care
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Recent experience in infection prevention or quality programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in quality assurance or compliance programs
• Prior supervisory or team-lead roles in healthcare settings

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of hands-on clinical practice in relevant departments
• Previous experience in infection prevention or quality management

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 36-40 hours per week on a 5x8 schedule
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams in a rural setting
• No on-call duties expected; local candidates or those comfortable with the rural environment encouraged to apply
