Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid RN license in Montana or a Compact State license
- Certifications Requirements: BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in swing bed, med-surg, or acute care settings
- Experience in infection prevention or quality programs strongly preferred
- Proven leadership and communication skills

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate swing bed patient flow and daily hospital operations to ensure optimal patient care
- Implement and monitor infection prevention policies in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Conduct quality control initiatives, track performance metrics, and participate in performance improvement meetings
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and refine treatment plans
- Provide bedside nursing care when necessary, supporting the team during peak times and ensuring patient safety and comfort
