What You’ll Need:

• Valid NBCOT certification
• Montana state occupational therapy license
• Minimum of 1 year SNF experience
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach
• Ability to adapt and manage a flexible schedule

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working with facilities over 100 beds
• Experience in electronic medical records such as Net Health or PointClickCare
• Enthusiasm for onboarding and supporting traveler colleagues

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Prior SNF experience, especially in larger facilities

Other Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with onboarding travelers
• No on-call responsibilities
• Ability to work days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional weekend work in exchange for weekdays off
