Local Travel MRI Technologist – Palm Springs, CA

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a trusted healthcare facility in Palm Springs, California to hire an experienced Local Travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract. This is an excellent opportunity for imaging professionals looking for competitive pay, a quick start, and an incredible Southern California location.

Position Overview

• Job Title: MRI Technologist

• Location: Near Palm, CA

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Start Date: January 5 (or asap) 

• Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,850, based on experience

• Schedule: Full-time, local travel assignment

Job Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures

• Operate MRI equipment and monitor images for diagnostic quality

• Accurately document patient information and imaging results

• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff

• Maintain compliance with safety standards, including MRI safety guidelines

Education and Certification Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of recent MRI Technologist experience

• ARRT (MR) certification required. ARMRIT accepted.

• Active California state license. 

• BLS certification (AHA preferred)
