Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Certifications Requirements: Valid state license, CPR certification, and TB clearance
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a COTA, preferably in long-term care settings
- Other Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team, flexibility to adapt to facility needs

Job Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to residents in the long-term care facility.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment modifications.
- Execute therapy sessions that promote residents' functional independence and quality of life.
- Support the rehab director in managing caseloads and ensuring compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
