Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements: CPR and BLS certifications
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience in similar settings
- Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible shifts, strong communication skills, and proficiency in patient care documentation

Job Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and monitor vital signs for residents with mental health, behavioral challenges, or medical needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop, implement, and update patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments in electronic health records.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Execute procedures such as administering medications, managing tracheostomies, and handling enteral feedings or Foley catheters.
