School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Maternity Leave Coverage
Location: Bourne, MA
Schedule: 4 days/week (Monday–Thursday), approx. 25 hours/week
Contract Dates: January 5 – March 2
Pay Rate: $60/hour + completion bonus

Connected Health Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time maternity leave assignment in Bourne, Massachusetts. This is an excellent short-term opportunity to support a well-structured therapy program with strong team collaboration already in place.

Assignment Highlights:

• Caseload: Approx. 52 students across grades 3–5 and 6–8

• Support Provided: A COTA will manage most of the direct treatment

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, approximately 25 hours per week

• Duration: January 5 – March 2

• Pay: $60/hour plus a completion bonus

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and support to the COTA

• Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring

• Collaborate with educators and school teams to ensure students' needs are met

• Maintain documentation and IEP compliance for assigned caseload

Requirements:

• Massachusetts OT license

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
