Travel Physical Therapist – North of Spearfish, SD
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,700/Week 

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a respected healthcare facility in north of Spearfish, South Dakota. Job Description
The Travel PT will provide high-quality therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
• Delivering evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Educating patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Documenting patient progress and updating care plans as needed
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
• Promoting wellness and rehabilitation in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Education and Certification Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent required)
• Active South Dakota PT license (or eligibility prior to start)
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; strong new grads considered
