• Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Certifications Requirements: Valid Oregon pharmacist license; Immunization certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of clinical pharmacy experience; Experience with chemotherapy drugs; Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Other Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; Strong attention to detail
