• Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certifications Requirements:
  • Wisconsin CNA Certification
  • TB Test (within 1 hour of facility)
  • Drug Test (DT)
• Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant CNA experience in long-term care settings
  • Experience working with elderly or skilled nursing residents
  • Previous experience with night and weekend shifts preferred
• Other Requirements:
  • Proof of TB and drug testing completion within one hour of the facility
  • Ability to work evening and night shifts, including weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
