Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
- Certifications Requirements: Washington Speech Therapy License, CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates with a temporary license may be considered; AHA CPR certification.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing speech therapy services across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work Saturdays, flexibility in scheduling, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in inpatient and outpatient settings, enjoyment of "birth to death" service spectrum.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure therapy goals are aligned with overall treatment objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and therapy sessions according to facility standards.
- Execute therapeutic interventions in inpatient and outpatient settings, including swing unit and sub-acute rehab services.
- Support facility efforts to expand services ("birth to death") by delivering services across all age groups and assisting with coverage during staffing shortages.
