Travel Inpatient Dietitian
Cleveland, Ohio - 13 weeks

Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Dietetics and/or Nutrition
- Certifications Requirements: Registered Dietitian license in Ohio, CPR certification, and food safety credential (e.g., ServSafe)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of inpatient clinical dietitian experience, prior experience working with diabetic and modified diets, familiarity with hospital nutritional care standards
- Other Requirements: Valid Ohio motor vehicle operator's license, insurable under Firelands’ auto policy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for inpatient patients.
- Collaborate with medical teams to modify diets based on patient needs and medical conditions.
- Educate patients and their families on proper food habits, dietary modifications, and nutritional management.
- Monitor and evaluate patients’ nutritional progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care plans accurately in medical records, utilizing the Nutrition Care Process.
