Temp-to-Perm Physical Therapist Opportunity near Glasgow, MT
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a Physical Therapist for a temp-to-perm position in Glasgow, MT. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking for a rewarding career path with potential for long-term employment.
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $3,000/week (based on experience)
Job Description: As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages, developing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. You will play a key role in helping individuals regain independence and live their best lives.
- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions, injuries, and functional abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs
- Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual techniques
- Educate patients and their families about proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and exercises for home care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Provide compassionate care and support throughout the rehabilitation process
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapy License in the state of Montana
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- CPR/BLS Certification required
- Experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
