Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – LTC / Rehab - Marlin, TX
Up to $2,850 per week | 13-Week Contract
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Connected Health Care, a leading healthcare recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a respected Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation facility in Marlin, TX to hire a Local Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment. This role offers competitive weekly pay, a consistent weekday schedule, and the opportunity to provide high-quality rehabilitative care.
Job Details

• Local travel Physical Therapist contract
• 13-week assignment
• Weekly pay up to $2,850, based on experience
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• LTC and skilled rehab setting

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a long-term care and rehabilitation environment
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, and balance activities
• Document patient progress and outcomes in the EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, safety, and exercises

Education and Certification Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Previous LTC or Rehab experience preferred
