LPN/LVN - Travel/Local Contract - Evenings Available! - 26 Week Contract

Weekly Compensation: Up to $1600 (based on experience)

About the Position

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for a local/travel opportunity in different regions across Texas. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in compliance with care plans, facility policies, and state regulations.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, progress, and responses to treatment.

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized patient care plans.

  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and proper care techniques.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

  • Adapt to various healthcare settings and contribute to the team’s goals effectively.

Orientation Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Post-Orientation Work Schedule:

5 x 8-hour shifts 
2p-10p
Every other weekend rotation

Education and Certification Requirements

  • Current and unrestricted LVN license in the state of Texas.

  • Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience preferred (travel experience is a plus). Should be competent in advanced skills such as g-tubes/enteral feedings, foley catheters, traches, etc.

  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
