Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant ICU training
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (preferred)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience, previous travel or contract experience preferred
- Other Requirements: Active RN license, ability to handle high-acuity patients, strong critical thinking and communication skills, physically able to work night shifts and standing for extended periods

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients, ensuring patient safety and compliance with hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical equipment, responding promptly to any abnormalities or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress, treatments, and interventions.
- Execute emergency procedures and provide immediate support during Code Blue situations or other critical incidents.
