Local Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – South of San Jose, CA
Compensation: Up to $2,100 per week (based on experience)

Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and motivated Local Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week contract in San Jose, CA. This opportunity is perfect for PTAs looking to enhance their career while enjoying the flexibility of a travel assignment in a beautiful location.

Job Description:

Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training
Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with state and federal therapy regulations
Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual patient needs

Education & Certification Requirements:

Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program
Active PTA license in California (or eligibility for licensure)
CPR/BLS certification required
Previous clinical experience preferred but not required
