Setting: Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care
Schedule: 3x12 Day Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

We are partnering with a respected skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Wauneta, Nebraska, to find compassionate and dependable nursing professionals to join their care team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN or LPN seeking a consistent schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Position Overview:
As a nurse in this facility, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment. You will play a key role in promoting health, comfort, and dignity for individuals requiring short-term rehabilitation or long-term care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska (or compact license)
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
