• Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution
• Certifications Requirements: BLS, PALS, and ICU-specific certifications as required by facility standards
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of high acuity Pediatric ICU experience in a hospital setting; experience with EPIC EMR and critical care equipment
• Other Requirements: Ability to float within various pediatric intensive care units, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Monitor and manage invasive lines, ventilators, and critical care vasoactive drug infusions, ensuring patient stability and safety.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following hospital protocols and physician orders, including dressing changes and bedside procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, RTs, and resource nurses to deliver comprehensive patient care.
