Job Description:

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical conditions resulting from injury, disease, or surgery

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and functionality

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention

• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with facility and state guidelines

• Participate in continuing education and stay current with advances in physical therapy practices

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program

• Current Montana Physical Therapy License required or ability to obtain prior to start

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
