Position Details

• Location: Raynham, MA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,550/week (based on experience)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Setting: Outpatient / Rehabilitation

Job Description – Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy treatment programs focused on restoring function and mobility
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and at-home care strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and facility guidelines
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients

Education & Certification Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT required)
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (outpatient experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
