Local Contract - MDS coordinator (RN) SNF
Minnesota, MN - 13 weeks

Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
- Certifications Requirements: Current BLS certification; CPR certification; Must possess MDS certification or relevant coursework
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in skilled nursing facilities; Prior experience as an MDS coordinator; Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 5x8 schedules Monday through Friday and every third weekend; Strong organizational and communication skills; Ability to adapt to EMR systems and maintain compliance; Professional appearance in scrubs (if required); Flexibility and reliability
