• Other Requirements: Ability to work 4-10 hour days, on-call availability, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and flexibility to handle call shifts and weekends.

• Perform phlebotomy when on-call to assist with specimen collection for diagnostic testing.
• Maintain proper calibration, quality control, and documentation of laboratory equipment and procedures.
