Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) from a recognized agency such as ASCP or AMT
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of clinical laboratory experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting
- Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours including on-call shifts, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
