• Education Requirements: Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required; CCRN preferred but not mandatory; BCR certification with passing EKG competency exam.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of PCU RN experience; previous travel experience preferred; experience managing invasive lines and bedside procedures.
• Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts (7p-7a); flexibility to float within scope to other PCU units; strong clinical skills in trauma and critical care; excellent communication skills; ability to work in a busy team environment.

• Manage invasive lines such as arterial lines and central venous lines, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Administer and titrate medications, including insulin and heparin drips, following hospital protocols and physician orders.
