Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Valid RN license in the state of Georgia or a compact license recognized in Georgia
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications; CCRN preferred but not required
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of ICU RN experience; previous travel experience preferred
- Other Requirements: Ability to float to all adult ICU units including PCU; strong critical care skills; flexible and adaptable; excellent communication skills

- Provide comprehensive critical care nursing to ICU patients, including ventilator management, vasoactive medication administration, and invasive line management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans adhering to hospital protocols and standards.
- Monitor and promptly respond to patient changes, including vital signs, neurological status, and hemodynamic parameters, ensuring patient stability.
- Assist with bedside procedures such as chest tube management, trach care, and placement of invasive lines, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EPIC EMR, maintaining compliance with hospital policies.
