• Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare-related training preferred
• Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS certifications required; PALS and NRP preferred; NC Licensure required
• Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of critical care respiratory therapy experience; previous travel experience preferred; experience in emergency department setting preferred
• Other Requirements: Ability to float throughout the facility; strong critical thinking skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care to patients with diverse diagnoses in the emergency department and throughout the facility
• Monitor and manage ventilator support and non-invasive ventilation therapies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
• Perform respiratory assessments, including ABGs and equipment checks, to inform treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care strategies
