Travel SNF MDS Coordinator (RN)
New Ulm, Minnesota - 13 weeks

Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- Certifications Requirements: Current BLS certification; MDS training certification preferred; CPR certification required.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in SNF MDS coordination or similar MDS responsibilities; prior experience working in long-term care facilities; familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work independently; strong attention to detail; excellent communication skills; proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems; ability to work dayshift with weekend rotation.
