• Education Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• Certifications Requirements: Current BLS certification; MDS training certification preferred; CPR certification required.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in SNF MDS coordination or similar MDS responsibilities; prior experience working in long-term care facilities; familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
