Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Valid LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Certifications Requirements: CPR, IV Certification (if applicable), and TB test
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience as an LPN
• Other Requirements: Ability to commute to the facility, flexibility to work night shifts, strong communication skills, basic electronic medical record (EMR) proficiency, and a professional attitude

Job Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring comfort and safety during night shifts.
• Monitor patient health status, administer medications, and document care activities accurately in the electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
