Local Contract - LTC Charge Nurse (RN) Assisted Living

Morgan, Minnesota - 13.0 weeks

Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid RN license in the state of Minnesota
  • Certifications Requirements: CPR and BLS certification; Nursing License Recognition; ACLS (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in Long Term Care or Assisted Living settings; Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience; Familiarity with assisted living regulations and compliance
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work evenings; Strong communication and leadership skills; Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in the assisted living facility, ensuring individualized attention and adherence to care plans.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff during evening shifts, fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of resident health status, medication administration, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Execute emergency protocols and intervene promptly in response to resident health concerns or incidents.
