Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution
• Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience; prior medical-surgical experience preferred
• Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts; excellent communication skills; adaptability to float between departments; strong critical thinking skills

• Provide high-quality medical-surgical and emergency department nursing care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Coordinate and float between medical surgical units and emergency departments, ensuring seamless patient care during shift changes.
• Assess patient conditions critically, develop individualized care plans, and execute interventions effectively.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) and communicate updates to interdisciplinary teams.
