• Other Requirements: Ability to work evenings, flexible with up to 16-hour shifts, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to a rotational schedule

• Assess residents’ health status, administer medications, and document patient information accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
