• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year LVN experience, with group home or LTC setting required; 2 years preferred
• Other Requirements: Ability to work evenings from 2p-10p; flexibility to work up to 16-hour shifts if needed; excellent communication skills; reliable transportation; ability to pass background check and drug screening
