Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Certifications Requirements: OT TX License, BLS Certification, and CPR Certification.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of OT experience, preferably in SNF or long-term care settings.
• Other Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and flexibility with scheduling.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy assessments and interventions to residents, focusing on improving daily living skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using Net Health and Point Click Care.
