Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC) – 13-Week Contract – Winner, South Dakota – Up to $2,300/Week

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting opportunity with a long-term care (LTC) facility in Winner. This position is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a close-knit, rural community setting.

Position Details

• Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

• Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC)

• Location: Winner, South Dakota

• Shift Options: Day & Night Shifts Available

• Schedule: 3x12s (36 hours per week)

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with potential for extension)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Compensation: Up to $2,300/week

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy in accordance with physician orders

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary care team

• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans

• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards

Education & Certification Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (South Dakota or compact state)

• Minimum 1–2 years of LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
