Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Nursing diploma or associate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: Valid RN license in Minnesota, BLS certification, ACLS certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, prior LTC experience, experience with medication administration, and patient care oversight
- Other Requirements: Ability to handle charge nurse responsibilities, good communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, physical ability to assist with resident mobility, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
