Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Possession of a current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certifications Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support); ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred; NIHSS certification is a plus.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years circulatory nursing experience in operating rooms, with preference for general, orthopedic, GYN, and cysto cases.
• Other Requirements: Ability to handle a flexible schedule with on-call responsibilities; excellent communication skills; ability to respond within 30 minutes for callbacks.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide circulatory support during a variety of surgical cases, ensuring patient safety and adherence to sterile procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare operating rooms and maintain necessary supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures, patient status, and perioperative activities.
• Execute on-call procedures efficiently, responding within 30 minutes as required.
• Assist in the management of surgical equipment and ensure all protocols are followed for each case.
