Contract RN - Acute Care, earn up to $2,300 per week

Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid RN license from the state of Montana or a valid Compact license
  • Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in ER, Med/Surg, or Swing Bed settings
  • Other Requirements: Strong clinical skills, ability to work night shifts, effective communication skills, willingness to undergo a second screening, and flexibility with schedule confirmation

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in emergency, medical, surgical, and swing bed settings in accordance with facility protocols and standards.
  • Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments following physicians’ orders and safety protocols.
  • Respond to patient emergencies promptly and effectively, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and crisis management skills.
