Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – LTC – 13-Week Contract – Near Savanna, IL – Up to $2,000/Week

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for an excellent opportunity with a long-term care (LTC) facility near Savanna. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about patient-centered care and looking to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit community setting.

Position Details

• Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

• Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC)

• Location: Near Savanna, Illinois

• Shift Options: Day & Night Shifts Available

• Schedule: 3x12s (36 hours/week)

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with potential for extension)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Compensation: Up to $2,000/week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy in accordance with physician orders

• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team

• Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans

• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines

• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents

Education & Certification Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Illinois or compact eligible)

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in LTC, SNF, or rehab settings

• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
