Schedule: 12 hour nights primarily with a willingness to work intermittent day shift, every other weekend, float as needed

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for adult patients in an inpatient setting. This role requires competency in delivering care to acute care patient populations, adhering to the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in an inpatient environment.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent.
• Clinical competence and experience in managing acute care patient populations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
