Requirements: -2 years of RN Clinic experience 
-Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
-American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent.

Job Title: RN - Ambulatory Clinic

Job Summary: The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics works collaboratively as an active member of the interprofessional team to provide therapeutic patient and family-centered care. Responsibilities include systematically collecting and assessing data related to patient health status, developing and evaluating care plans, and utilizing evidence-based practices to drive clinical decisions. The role involves patient care coordination, direct patient care, patient education, telephone triage/eVisits, and assisting with in-clinic minor procedures. The RN ensures safety, effectiveness, and fiscal accountability in care delivery, delegates and supervises care per the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act, and participates in quality improvement initiatives. Floating to other areas may be required based on operational needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Clinical experience and/or interest in the care and management of patient populations specific to the area of employment
• Associate’s degree in nursing
• Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact)
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
