Title:  RN - Medical/Surgical

Location:  West Bend, Wisconsin

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: 12 hour days, float as needed, every other weekend

Requirements:  2 years of RN - Medical/Surgical experience

-Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). -American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent.

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a designated group of patients in an inpatient environment. This role requires competency in delivering care to a primarily adult population. The position aligns with the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition (2010).

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in nursing.
• Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
