LPN, LTC/SNF – Bristol, SD

This full-time LPN position offers a rewarding role in a well-established 37-bed skilled nursing facility that cares for a diverse resident population. Working 36 hours per week on an every-other-weekend schedule (6 PM – 6 AM), you will be an integral part of a compassionate team dedicated to providing top-quality resident care in a friendly environment.

Bring your clinical skills and caring attitude to a facility that values teamwork, professionalism, and excellence. The role involves administering resident care, charting using Point Click Care, and supporting a facility with three wings—East, South, and West—centered around a convenient nurses’ station. With an average census of 27-30 residents, you'll have the meaningful opportunity to positively impact lives daily.

Required Skills:

• Valid LPN license
• Experience in LTC or SNF settings
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Point Click Care
• Prior experience working evening shifts

Preferred Education and Experience:

• LPN licensure in South Dakota or eligible to practice
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Willingness to travel to South Dakota for the assignment
