Overview: We're seeking a highly qualified RN to join our long-term care facility in Smethport, PA. As an RN LTC Days, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing individualized care plans. Required Skills:

• Current RN licensure in PA
• 2+ years of experience in long-term care or related field
• BLS certification

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Familiarity with GTEEOW (Geriatric Emergency Department Education for the Whole) model

Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and 2+ years of experience in long-term care preferred.

Other Requirements: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Travel may be required.
