What You’ll Do:

As an LPN in this setting, you'll play a vital role in administering medications, monitoring patient health, and supporting the overall well-being of residents. Your expertise will ensure that each patient receives personalized, attentive care in a supportive environment that values your skills and dedication.

Required Skills:

• Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Knowledge of best practices in resident care and safety protocols
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Licensed Practical Nurse certification in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1-year experience in LTC/SNF settings
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment

Other Requirements:

• Ability to commute to Punxsutawney, PA
• CPR and first aid certifications
• Ability to commit to the 8-week duration of the assignment
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
