LPN Needed for Day or Evening Shift – Long-Term Care

Join our team as an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents within a reputable Long-Term Care facility. We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care during day or evening shifts, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity for our residents.

Required Skills:

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license
• Strong knowledge of LTC patient care protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior LTC or geriatric care experience
• Basic CPR certification
• Comfortable with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Licensed Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting

Other Requirements:

• Must meet all state licensing and certification requirements
