Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Strong knowledge of LTC/SNF protocols and regulations
• Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate communication and bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF settings

Other Requirements:

• Current CPR and BLS certification
• Background check and drug screening required
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
