Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Labor & Delivery unit. In this critical role, you will support expecting mothers through labor, delivery, and postpartum care, ensuring safety, comfort, and positive outcomes. Your expertise will directly impact families in a collaborative, high-quality clinical setting committed to excellence.

Required Skills

• Valid Nebraska RN license or the ability to obtain licensure
• Current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications
• Proven experience in Labor & Delivery or postpartum nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice to Have Skills

• Prior experience in a rural or community hospital setting
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Certification in fetal monitoring or other specialized L&D training
• Bilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of L&D nursing experience
• Previous experience working in Nebraska or similar healthcare environments
