Join Our Team as an LPN in Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility!

Position: LPN, LTC/SNF
Location: 9822 NY-16, Machias, NY 14101
Start Date: January 20, 2026
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Shift Details:

Weekend doubles, 8-hour shifts
Flexible scheduling with both local and travel opportunities

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Weekly gross pay ranging from $1,538 to $1,709
Weekly housing stipend of $600 to support your stay

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
Administer medications, monitor patient health, and document care activities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents’ well-being
Assist in routine assessments and follow care plans

Qualifications:

Valid NY Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
At least 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF settings
Ability to work weekends, specifically doubles shifts
Strong communication and compassionate care skills
